I’m not saying fill up on chips, biscuits and pies. Not all fats help make good brains and hormones and bodies. But don’t be scared of fat. Eat the fats which are good for you, and don’t eat too many of the bad ones. But do eat fat. Especially if you want a brain which is brain-like.
Think about it, if you will. If your brain is made up of fat, and your hormones are made of fat, and your cells need fat, and digestion needs fat, why on earth would you not eat any fat? Do you want your brain to shrivel up? Don’t you like your hormones? Aren’t your cells doing a good job? Isn’t it nice to eat food and digest it?
