Claire Stone Nutrition provides a blog where users can read articles on health, nutrition and general fitness and a service where users can purchase a seasonal reboot and/or consultations with Claire Stone and sign up to receive a regular newsletter (the “Service”).

This Site only collects the personal information you voluntarily1 provide to us, which may include:

Reboot orders. We collect a variety of personal information with each Reboot order. This includes:

  • Your name and email address. This information is shared with our e-commerce software providers to ensure the delivery of your order. We use your email to communicate with you about your order and to manage our customer relationship with you. When you place an order you will be added to our mailing list from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at claire [at] claire-stone [dot] com.
  • Your payment information. We collect payment information for each order but we do not store credit/debit card information on our servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce software providers.

All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you.

Blog Interaction. We only collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us which may include:

  • Your email address in order to subscribe to our mailing list;
  • Your name, email address and/or social media profile in order to post a comment on our blog via third party provider;
  • Your full name, email address and message in order to contact us via our contact form.

In order to perform my work as a Nutritional Therapist, I need to collect from you personal and confidential information which I do via secure and encrypted email and takes the form of a pre-consultation questionnaire which you complete before our session. Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your information as far as possible. The information used for consultations and in-person work is stored electronically only for the time it takes for me to print off your questionnaire. Once printed, the form is deleted from the system.

In order to comply with my insurance obligations, your information – such as the questionnaire and my consultation notes – are stored in paper format, in a locked cabinet and is then destroyed seven years after our last consultation. In the case of children, their information is stored in the same location and format for seven years after they turn 18. All information is stored and accessed only by Claire Stone and is used for no purpose other than to serve as a record of our work together and the advice provided to you.
