Just five minutes

We are all busy.

I know that.

Life isn’t exactly going to get any slower any time soon.

Work. Family. Friends. Eating. House. Holidays. Social media. etc.

All these things mean that there really aren’t any minutes spare. At all. Anywhere.

No time to chill (unless you call ‘chilling’ checking your phone again) which doesn’t quite count in terms of proper relaxation.

So when I’m talking with clients, and it becomes really obvious that they are super busy, I explain how important it is to take time out from life.

What should you eat before going for a run?

You are due to head out for a run.

You know that if you eat something heavy, you will most likely end up barfing it onto the street.

But you are starving hungry.

So you choff down your sarnies in a hurry to give you some energy, and then you’ll have your healthy banana later.

 

If that’s you, then I’m screaming at you: DON’T DO IT.

Why?

Because what you eat is sometimes not as important as WHEN you eat it.
