We were very grateful to Claire for offering consultations to Zoo staff. Claire attended one of our lunch club meetings and casually introduced her services through chatting to staff.
As a result, a number of employees asked for an individual consultation with her and were able to discuss personal situations ranging from the right sorts of food to be eating post long distance running, through to carefully choosing vegetarian replacement foods based on their nutritional value, as well as which foods to eat to balance the gut bacteria following an illness! And a simple question of how to help a busy Mum with a fussy eater was no problem at all.

Claire’s non-clinical, practical approach was really appreciated and her suggestions were simple – demonstrating changes that could easily be incorporated into a busy, daily lifestyle without being a huge change or overwhelming.
